Real Estate Guidance With Experience, Perpective, and a Personal Touch

I help families in the Greater Sacramento Area navigate the sale of inherited homes, probate properties, and trust real estate with clarity, compassion, and proven expertise. My goal is to make a complex process feel manageable and to always put your family's best interests first.

More Than Putting a Home on the Market

Selling an inherited home is about more than real estate. It's often about family, memories, and important life transitions. I take the time to listen, understand your unique situation, and provide guidance that goes far beyond a traditional home sale. From coordinating wiht executors and trustees to managing repairs, paperwork, and timelines, I'm here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

My role is to bring clarity, reduce stress, and help you move forward with confidence.

Professional Credentials You Can Rely On

My specialized training and certifications reflect my commitment to providing knowledgeable, ethical, and highly skilled representation for inherited property sales.

That training helps me understand many of the practical issues that can arise when a home is being handled by a Trustee, Executor, Administrator, heir, or beneficiary. I am not an attorney, and I do not provide legal or tax advice. Your attorney and tax professionals handle those areas. My role is to help you manage and navigate the real estate side of the property. That can include preparing the home, coordinating vendors, managing access, determining how the property should be positioned, marketing it, negotiating offers, and managing the transaction through closing.

I Believe Sellers Should Understand Their Options

I do not believe every inherited home needs to be remodeled before it can be sold.I also do not believe every property should automatically be sold as-is. There is a lot of space between those two choices. My approach is to look at the home, study the competition, consider the likely buyer, and help the seller understand where spending money may make sense — and where it probably does not. Sometimes the best advice I can give a seller is: “Don’t spend money there.” That may not sound like traditional salesmanship, but protecting the seller’s time and money matters more to me than creating a longer list of projects.

Communication Matters to Me

Real estate transactions have a lot of moving parts. Inherited property sales can have even more. I believe people should know what is happening with their property without having to chase their agent for updates. That means communicating clearly, explaining what is happening, answering questions directly, and letting clients know when something needs their attention. It also means knowing when something does not need their attention. My goal is to make the process feel organized rather than overwhelming.

Experience Matters. So Does How You Treat People.

A real estate transaction is important financially. But when the property belonged to a parent, grandparent, sibling, spouse, or other loved one, it can also be deeply personal. There may be memories attached to the home. There may be family dynamics. There may be decisions that are harder than they first appear. I try to approach those situations with patience, practicality, and respect. You can be compassionate without making the process more complicated. And you can be direct without being insensitive. That balance is important to me.

When You're Not Here, I Am.

Many of my clients live out of the area, and I'm here to be your trusted local resource. I handle the details, keep you informed, and make sure your inherited property is cared for, so you can have peace of mind, no matter where you live.

A Little More About Me

I grew up in the Sacramento area, and I truly love this community. Real estate is my career, but people are my passion. I'm a problem-solver, a strong advocate, and someone who genuinely cares about helping families through important life transitions.

I’ve spent years working with homes, sellers, buyers, contractors, and all the unexpected details that come with real estate. I enjoy figuring out what a property needs, what it doesn’t, and how to make a complicated situation feel more manageable.

When I'm not working, you'll likely find me spending time with my family, wandering through a home improvement store with a new project in mind, or enjoying the outdoor beauty that makes Northern California home. I also love a good road trip, beautiful scenery, and the kind of places that make you want to stop and take a picture.

At the end of the day, I’m happiest when I’m helping people, solving problems, and making things a little easier for someone who has a lot on their plate.

Have an Inherited Property You're Not Sure What to Do With?

You don't have to navigate it alone. I'm here to answer your questions, discuss your options, and help you move forward with confidence.
